• Where/what was your previous job? East Anglian Daily Times and Ipswich Star - Recruitment Sales Advisor.
• What do you love most about your job? Getting to know all our lovely patients.
• Life outside of work... I have 3 grown up children and 1 grandson. My hobbies include reading, swimming and enjoying a good walk with my Golden Retriever, Bonnie.
• What is your favourite sound? My little grandson.
• Interesting fact about yourself… I love animals and over the years I have had what my nephew once described as a ‘mini zoo’.

• Where/what was your previous job? Hotel reception.
• What do you love most about your job? Being on the phones helping people.
• Life outside of work... I have 2 boys and enjoy dancing, skating and tennis
• What is your favourite sound? Laughter.
• Interesting fact about yourself… I'm nearly 36 and I've not yet had a filling.

• Where/what was your previous job? I worked for the NHS for 19 years, helping to run the call and recall of women in Suffolk for their breast and cytology screening for the latter 10.
• What do you love most about your job? I love working for the HCC they are a fantastic team of dedicated people who make such a difference to people’s lives. It’s great to be associated with this! I also love to making sure all our customers receive a very warm welcome.
• Life outside of work... I am married with grown up children and 2 gorgeous grandchildren living in London. I belong to a local health spa, socialise with friends, visit theatres, pubs and restaurants as much as I can so always keeping busy!
• What is your favourite sound? Laughter and chit chat.
• Interesting fact about yourself… I don’t particularly like heights but to shock my family I went on a microlight flight to Aldeburgh with a very good friend. I was a little scared to say the least!

• Where/what was your previous job? I worked in a doctor’s surgery as a receptionist, after having worked for 30 years in hospitality at Seckford Hall Hotel.
• What do you love most about your job? I love working with the general public, ensuring that I do my very best to provide a helpful, friendly and a caring service both face to face and on the telephone.
• Life outside of work... I enjoy spending time with my husband and son and his lovely girlfriend. We spend as much time doing things together as a family as we possibly can. I love going on long walks, visiting the theatre and eating out.
• What is your favourite sound? I enjoy all types of music and always have music on around the house.
• Interesting fact about yourself… I have been involved in local amateur theatre with The Masque Players at Kesgrave for around 30 years, and have enjoyed taking part in various productions.

• Where/what was your previous job? Operations Manager at BHS
• What do you love most about your job? Being part of a team with customer care as thier number one priority but also having a variety of different work to complete as a challenge.
• Life outside of work... I am married with 2 sons and 2 grandchildren who I love spending time with. I also enjoy long walks and going to the cinema.
• What is your favourite sound? Hearing my grandchildren at all times especially when they call me Nannie P.
• Interesting fact about yourself… My parents called me Patience as I was their fourth child but my Mum’s patience ran out as I was 3 weeks late being born.

• Where/what was your previous job? Catering Assistant.
• What do you love most about your job? I love all aspects of my job especially open days where I get to meet patients.
• Life outside of work... I’m married and have two beautiful girls, two cats and a dog.
• What is your favourite sound? Hearing my children laugh.
• Interesting fact about yourself… I haven’t broken any bones yet!

• Where/what was your previous job? Sales Assistant and Customer Care at Primark.
• What do you love most about your job? Helping others gain a better quality life.
• Life outside of work... Attending concerts / festivals and travelling abroad.
• What is your favourite sound? Rain and thunderstorms.
• Interesting fact about yourself… I listen to rain music when I sleep.

• Where/what was your previous job? Most recently selling parts for old MG cars, but my career started as a receptionist in the hotel industry.
• What do you love most about your job? The great team I work with, no two days are the same.
• Life outside of work... I am married with 2 girls, 2 stepsons, a lovely grandson and a Maltese dog called Bailey. My husband and I love to travel and try to explore somewhere different each year. My passion is crafts - I am always making something!
• What is your favourite sound? Sounds of the sea, especially the waves crashing onto the beach.
• Interesting fact about yourself… I once worked for the Duke & Duchess of Devonshire at the Devonshire Arms Hotel in Bolton Abbey, North Yorkshire.

• Where/what was your previous job? 29 Years at Fynn Valley Golf Club as Membership Secretary, working in accounts, wages, admin and reception and pulling the odd pint when short staffed.
• What do you love most about your job? Working with lovely colleagues in a happy and friendly environment, plus of course chatting to our wonderful patients. I enjoy being kept busy at work so the fast pace suits me fine.
• Life outside of work... I love crafting and had my garage converted into a workshop. I do stained glass, candles in tea cups and plaster pictures. I have also organised craft fayres. I love reading, walking, gardening, going to the cinema and eating out.
• What is your favourite sound? Birdsong
• Interesting fact about yourself… I attended the London Premier of Moonraker, the James Bond film starring Roger Moore.

• Where/what was your previous job? My first job involved working as a Saturday Customer Care Team Assistant at the Hearing Care Centre.
• What do you love most about your job? I've always loved the positive and welcoming atmosphere shown by everyone at HCC. 
• Life outside of work... I enjoy socialising with my friends, regularly playing football, and watching Ipswich Town at the weekends. 
• What is your favourite sound? Music and laughter
• Interesting fact about yourself… I enjoy being active outdoors, and I play football multiple times a week.

Where/what was your previous job? My first job (and current job) is at the Hearing Care Centre working as a Customer Care Team Assistant.
What do you love most about your job? I love how friendly the people I work with are and how helpful they are to me.
Life outside of work... I enjoy lots of sports such as rugby and boxing and I love to socialise with my friends in and outside of my school.
What is your favourite sound? Music.
Interesting fact about yourself... I love the sports I do and being outdoors with friends and family.
