  • Year joined HCC: 2018

  • Where/what was your previous job? I worked as a Medical Secretary/Receptionist for a GP surgery in Cornwall, then worked with MLM Consulting Engineers after moving to Ipswich.

  • What do you love most about your job? The best part of the job is having a patient come to the clinic feeling uncomfortable and leave feeling really grateful that you have been able to help them.

  • Life outside of work... I live with my husband David and a very spoilt cat called Bugsy. I have three grown up children, and five grandchildren. I spend a lot of time visiting family and friends and a lot of time working in our allotment.

  • Training: I was lucky enough to be offered the opportunity to join HCC as an Ear Care Practitioner. I have completed both a Microsuction and Irrigation Course at Rotherham, and with first class mentoring within the company I have completed my competencies for both courses.
