Before coming to the Hearing Care Centre, Jackie worked as a medical receptionist and secretary in Cornwall. Whilst in Cornwall she was a First Responder for the Devon and Cornwall Ambulance Service and prior to that she was a First Responder for the Essex Ambulance Service. Her original Ambulance Technician training was completed with St John Ambulance where she worked as a member of the Ambulance Crew.

Serena Pharez | Ear Care Practitioner

Serena Pharez | Ear Care Practitioner
Serena graduated from Anglia Ruskin University as a registered nurse in 2002.  Her career has been predominantly in community nursing within the East Anglia region. She was also lucky to have spent several years working as a nurse in Melbourne Australia.
Serena has worked as a Clinical Ear Care Nurse for the Hearing Care Centre since 2019. She has qualifications in Tissue Viability and Consultation & Diagnostics.  She has completed her Rotherham Clinical Ear Care training.
