The Hearing Care Centre is celebrating after being acknowledged for the thirteenth time in fifteen years for our high levels of customer care.

We are proud to announce that we have been named in the top 4 businesses for “Customer Excellence” at the Suffolk Business Awards.

The Customer Excellence award celebrates companies that show how they go above and beyond customer expectations, ensuring everything that the company does has the customer at its core.

The judges commented: "The Hearing Care Centre delivers ethical, gold standard private, independent hearing care and rehabilitation at centres across Suffolk and Norfolk - the largest provider of independent hearing care in East Anglia.

Through the Hearing Care Centre's statement of values it promises to put patients' needs first and to always try to exceed expectations. Understanding the needs of customers and the local communities served is key to its success, resulting in financial growth in a very challenging retail sector." 
Upon receiving the news, Operations Manager Matthew Coward expressed "We set our team the goal of achieving the very best customer satisfaction possible, which we achieve through our unique personal approach to our patients coupled with the very highest quality of hearing care service.

“It is no mean feat to have achieved customer service recognition nearly every year for the past fifteen years. It shows the level of consistency that my team offers our patients and that the customer is at the forefront of everything that we do. I am extremely proud of my team.”

We now go forward to find out the winner at a glitzy awards ceremony to be held at Kesgrave Hall in Ipswich on Thursday 18th November 2021.
