Sharmin Rahman

Year joined HCC: 2023.

Where/what was your previous job? As a part of my degree program in Audiology, I worked in 9 different hospitals across Wales. Following completion of my degree, I worked as an Audiologist in several different hospitals across Swansea and London, before moving to Manchester to work in a private Audiology company.

What do you love most about your job? Being able to improve the quality life of our patients as well as being a part of a friendly and cohesive team at the HCC.

Life outside of work... I enjoy seeing my friends and family, training at the gym, cooking and looking after my adorable guinea pigs.

What is your favourite sound? the sound of my guinea pigs wheeking.

Interesting fact about yourself… I can speak 3 different languages.
