Where/what was your previous job? Operations Manager at BHS
What do you love most about your job? Being part of a team with customer care as their number one priority but also having a variety of different work to complete as a challenge.
Life outside of work... I am married with 2 sons and 4 grandchildren who I love spending time with. I also enjoy long walks and going to the cinema.
What is your favourite sound? Hearing my grandchildren at all times especially when they call me Nannie P.
Interesting fact about yourself… My parents called me Patience as I was their fourth child but my Mum’s patience ran out as I was 3 weeks late being born.
