Jackie Arnold-Burns
Before coming to the Hearing Care Centre, Jackie worked as a medical receptionist and secretary in Cornwall. Whilst in Cornwall she was a First Responder for the Devon and Cornwall Ambulance Service and prior to that she was a First Responder for the Essex Ambulance Service. Her original Ambulance Technician training was completed with St John Ambulance where she worked as a member of the Ambulance Crew.

"I was very nervous today about having microsuction in my ears but I have to say that Jackie was so kind and understanding, I felt very at ease. The procedure was pain free, very successful. I certainly will not worry about coming back in a few months time to see how my ears are doing. What a lovely lady."
