I have always worked in a customer service role, I used be a florist, then was an Entertainments manager on a holiday park and then came to join the Hearing Care Centre as part of the admin team in late 2022. After working with the company for a year and knowing from speaking to various patients on the phone how much of a difference we make to their lives and their hearing, I was extremely grateful and excited to be offered the chance to train with our Clinical Trainer and be in a role where I can meet our patients face to face and be a part of that journey.
