HCC wins regional Customer Commitment Award

We are celebrating as we have been commended for our commitment to customer service at a regional round of a country-wide business awards

HCC wins regional Customer Commitment Award

It was announced on Monday 23rd September that we have won the Customer Commitment Award in the regional round of the 2019 British Chambers of Commerce business awards.
 
Now in their 16th year, the awards recognise the key role that local businesses play in driving the UK economy. The Hearing Care Centre will now go forward to represent the East of England in the national finals, which take place in London on Thursday 28th November.
 
John Dugmore, Chief Executive of Suffolk Chamber of Commerce said “This year’s regional British Chambers of Commerce awards have produced a bumper harvest of winners from Suffolk. The Hearing Care Centre is one of these four from our county and we are delighted that the company has received recognition in the Customer Commitment category.

"The Hearing Care Centre has been a longstanding Suffolk Chamber member and it exemplifies the dynamism and focus on excellence that is the hallmark of our fantastic business community. We wish the company best wishes as it now goes forward to represent the eastern region at the national awards in November.”

Upon receiving the news, our Managing Director Karen Finch expressed ““I was so thrilled to learn of our success in this award. Customer service is something my entire team are truly passionate about and to have this recognised in this way is extra special. 
 
“I am also very proud to represent Suffolk on a national scale - fingers crossed for the national Chamber Awards in November!”

Congratualtions are also due to our fellow regional award winners: Policy Bee (Employer of the Year), Morrison Freight Ltd (High Growth Biz of the Year) and Thomas Ridley (E-Commerce Biz of the Year).
