The Hearing Care Centre is fully committed to putting our customers first and supporting you whilst we have temporarily suspended face-to-face appointments during coronavirus restrictions.
For those in most need we currently have in place an emergency service which can be accessed over the telephone between 9.00am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday by calling 01473 230330.
As you are unable to access our services as you would normally, we felt it only right to extend an offer of goodwill to our patients.
For those of you that have a valid warranty (as of 1st April 2020) for your hearing system (manufacturer or our own Peace of Mind warranty) we will be automatically extending the expiry date of your warranty by an additional three months.
This is to ensure that customers do not have to worry about anything other than their health and safety during this difficult period.
You do not need to do anything, everything will be done automatically and your existing warranty paperwork will still be valid.
Terms and conditions:
1. In order to qualify you must have purchased a hearing system from The Hearing Care Centre and have an in date warranty as of Wednesday 1st April 2020.
2. Warranty can either include the 2 year manufacturer warranty purchased with your hearing system or our own extended Peace of Mind warranty.
3. Accessories, chargers, earmoulds or other assistive listening devices are not eligible.
4. Only hearing aids will have the warranty date extended by 3 months (e.g. if your warranty expiry date is 1st August 2020, your new expiry date will be 1st November 2020).
