We are pleased to announce the reopening of our audiology clinic in Beccles, which was forced to temporarily close because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Beccles Hearing Care Centre Reopens

Our private audiology clinic is held at Beccles Hospital and since its temporary closure, our patients have been either travelling to our nearby cinics in Bungay and Carlton Colville, or have been visited at home by one of our expert audiologists.

Our clinics will restart in Beccles on Monday 15th March 2021 and as ever we are focussed on patient safety as our number one priority. Clinicians are following a strict infection control protocol, cleaning down thoroughly after every appointment, wearing professional PPE and all appointments are staggered to reduce patient contact.

Simon Myhill, Clinical Lead Audiologist for The Hearing Care Centre said “The most satisfying part of being able to re-open is knowing that we offer a valuable and much needed service. The relief for patients after receiving our help and treatment has been overwhelming and emotional.

“It is great to once again be able to offer services in Beccles and we are saying if you have discovered during lockdown you need support with your hearing, please don’t let hearing loss prolong your isolation. We are here for you.”

Clinics at Beccles Hospital will be held fortnightly on Mondays. To book an appointment or to make an enquiry please click here
