Second Pudding Club Evening Raises £532
The Hearing Care Centre's second Charity Pudding Club Evening at Arlingtons Brasserie, in Ipswich, managed to raise another £532.00 for the EACH Treehouse Appeal.

New BBC Drama Surrounding Deafness
New BBC Drama 'The Silence' starts on Monday 12th July and features 18 year old Amelia Edwards (introducing Genevieve Barr) has recently been fitted with a cochlear implant, enabling her to hear, but she struggles to accept that she has a place in the hearing world.

Sir Michael Parkinson Backs Deaf Awareness Week
Michael Parkinson is still haunted by the isolation experienced by his grandparents, who were both profoundly deaf. The chat-show host says we must all do more to help the hard of hearing.
